Maintenance of air-conditioning units

Summary

The tender concerns regular maintenance and emergency maintenance/repairs of air-conditioning units, including the supply of all spare parts and consumables needed to perform the services. The contract is divided into three lots: 1) maintenance of the cooling unit at the Informatics Centre, 2) maintenance of split systems and water convectors, and 3) maintenance of higher-capacity cooling units. A bidder may submit an offer for the whole tender or for individual lots. The exact exclusion, qualification and compliance requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
