ICT expert services framework arrangement 2026-2030

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for ICT expert services for Metsähallitus, divided into fourteen independent lots for 2026–2030. The bidder may submit a tender for one or more lots. Work will be ordered as individual assignments, and for some lots the expert will be selected either directly, by ranking or through a simplified mini-competition when the estimated value of the assignment exceeds EUR 60,000. The bidder must provide daily rates for the experts in the lots offered, and for some lots must also name the experts and prove their experience, language skills and certificates.
