Procurement of a project manager for Finnfund’s payroll outsourcing

Summary

The tender concerns project management services for implementing a payroll outsourcing project. The selected supplier must manage the full project lifecycle, including current-state analysis, requirements definition, preparation of the procurement, transition, implementation, coordination of integrations and data transfers, and management of the post-implementation change period.
