Summary

The tender concerns electronic access to legislation and is divided into four lots: access to financial, tax and legal data; access to ZDR-1 and ZJN-3 with commentary; access to ZFPPIP with commentary; and access to other laws with commentary. The bidder must provide a web-based tool with 24/7 access and daily updates. To participate, the bidder must be registered, carry out the registered activity, and meet the legal conditions for performing the activity. The tender must be submitted electronically.
