Customer information system implementing social services legislation
Summary
The tender concerns the procurement of an on-premise customer information system for social welfare. The supplier must provide the system, required user rights, e-service form functionality, implementation support, integrations, reporting and data management functions, and support and maintenance for the contract period. The system must support lawful processing of customer and patient data and billing, and it must be in use by 1 January 2027 or at the latest within six months after contract signature. Optional items include additional training days, archiving and extended 24/7 support. Data conversion and migration are excluded from the main scope, but the supplier must participate in the process. One overall supplier will be selected, and the offer must be compliant and the most economically advantageous among the accepted offers.
