Integration and expansion of information systems – purchase of ICT equipment and systems

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of ICT equipment and systems for the integration and expansion of information systems. The contract includes servers, SAN switches, a disk array, LAN/core switches, and implementation services such as installation and migration of environments. The offered goods must be brand new, complete, unused, not from display, not refurbished, and legally and physically defect-free. They must comply with Polish and EU law, be authorised for sale and use in the EU, and meet the standards and parameters set by the contracting authority. The tender is divided into two lots. The notice also requires compliance with the DNSH principle. To participate, the bidder must show relevant experience, quality management certifications, and a qualified team. Exclusion grounds include the usual mandatory and optional grounds, plus sanctions-related restrictions and the ban on Russian contractors.
