Supplies of dressings, bandages and other medical equipment

Summary

The tender concerns successive supplies of dressings, bandages and other medical equipment in 39 lots. The bidder must submit the offer form, the completed price form for the chosen lot, a declaration on the absence of exclusion grounds related to sanctions against Ukraine, a power of attorney or cooperation agreement for joint bidders, and proof of authority to sign the offer if this cannot be verified from public registers. Joint bidders must also state which parts of the contract each bidder will perform. The procedure uses reverse evaluation: bids are assessed first, and only then are the exclusion grounds and qualification of the highest-ranked bidder checked.
