The tender concerns building a website with software for collecting data from various sources, including in real time, and carrying out tourism traffic research in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship for 2026–2028 under the name “Tourism Traffic Barometer”. The bidder must also submit a list of personnel with details of qualifications, experience, education, duties and the basis for availability. Exclusion grounds include the usual criminal, tax, social security, insolvency, competition and sanctions-related grounds, with supporting evidence required.
