3rd construction phase: adjustment of gas utilisation / renewal of CHP plant - lot 32: mechanical engineering

Summary

This is a works contract for the detailed design, supply, conversion, construction and commissioning of gas treatment and utilisation systems, including replacement of combined heat and power units, piping, a new iron-ore filter and related peripheral works at the Osnabrück-Eversburg wastewater treatment plant. The bidder must be able to carry out mechanical engineering works, including dismantling existing CHP modules, installing new modules, connecting them to existing systems, and integrating the new gas treatment equipment. The notice also requires electronic invoicing or an electronic process. Participation requires proof of registration in the commercial register and in the craft register or chamber of industry and commerce, liability insurance with minimum cover of EUR 3,000,000 for personal injury and EUR 2,000,000 for property damage per event, and an average annual turnover of at least EUR 4,000,000 net over the last three completed financial years for comparable construction works and services. The bidder must also confirm that no exclusion grounds apply.
