Open-House rebate agreements 2025-01

Summary

The tender concerns open-house rebate agreements for medicines. The contracting authority aims to conclude standardised rebate contracts with suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products listed in each lot. The contract term is generally up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 March 2025 and ending no later than 28 February 2027. Participation is possible at any time during the contract period. No individual negotiations are held and no exclusivity is granted. E-invoicing is required.
