Operation and regular routine servicing services in ÚMG buildings

Summary

The tender concerns service operations and regular routine maintenance in the contracting authority’s buildings in Prague. The work covers continuous operation support and regular servicing, especially for HVAC, heating, electrical installations, measurement and control, hydrogen peroxide, CO2 systems, vacuum, compressed air, process cooling and natural gas. The services will also be performed in BSL-3 areas. The estimated contract value is CZK 24,000,000 and the planned duration is 4 years. Bids must be submitted electronically, and e-invoicing or an electronic process is required.
