Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new climate-neutral administrative building, including extended structural shell works. The works include structural works, steel works with Deltabeam beams, delivery and installation of CLT ceilings, masonry works, lightning protection and earthing systems, site logistics, and provision and operation of a tower crane. The contract runs from week 24 of 2026 to week 9 of 2027 for the construction works, and until week 33 of 2027 for crane and scaffolding availability. The award criterion is price only.
