Summary

The tender concerns the selection of a private partner for a public-private partnership to design, build and operate multi-storey car parks in Łódź, with the private partner also financing the project, preparing design documentation, obtaining permits and later maintaining and managing the car parks. The final scope, locations and possible lots will be defined after negotiations. The maximum planned PPP term is 33 years, but this may change during the procedure. Price is not the only issue; the notice says award criteria and their weights will be set in the partnership documents. A bidder must meet financial, technical and professional qualification requirements and submit the required declarations and evidence.
