Improvement of the national emergency communications system 112
Summary
The tender concerns the improvement of Bulgaria’s national 112 emergency communications system. It covers a completely new platform for receiving emergency communications and managing resources for emergency response services, including hardware, software, licences, installation, configuration, adaptation, deployment, testing, commissioning, training and specialised warranty support. The contract includes delivery of the NG112 software platform, a medical module, communication and network infrastructure, data-centre hardware and system software, fixed and mobile workstations, integration with other systems, warranty support for 36 months, and training for at least 700 staff. To participate, bidders must meet turnover, reference project and quality management requirements, and they must check the exact proof and documentation requirements in the tender documents.
