Construction and modernisation of IT platforms of the Regional Spatial Information System of the Łódź Voivodeship with e-services

Summary

The tender concerns the construction and modernisation of IT platforms for the Regional Spatial Information System of the Łódź Voivodeship, including e-services. The contractor must design, build, implement, test and stabilise the system, provide technical assistance and advisory support, and deliver as-built documentation. An advance payment may be requested within 60 days after contract signature, up to 40% of the total value of management stages 2 and 3. To participate, the bidder must meet extensive financial, technical and staffing requirements, including insurance of at least PLN 5,000,000 and multiple references in GIS systems, container-based systems, full-text search components and spatial information systems. The team must include a project manager, chief architect, GIS database expert, analyst, GIS programmers, implementation specialist, testers, an INSPIRE specialist and a geologist expert, each with specified experience and certifications.
