Technical capacity must be proven with at least one reference from the last 10 years, after the project was put into operation, for a school or higher-education building project where pilot coordinator services were performed. The reference must show a public client with at least 50% public funding, construction costs of at least EUR 90,000,000 excluding VAT and indexation (KG 200–600 under DIN 276), and at least the design, preparation of execution works, execution, and project finalisation phases. A certificate of good performance from the client is required, stating the construction costs, commissioning date, and the services/phases performed by the pilot coordinator.
