Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintenance, servicing and repair of a Revolution Maxima Select CT scanner, full service, according to the specifications attached in SEAP. The estimated framework agreement value is up to RON 1,286,400 excluding VAT, with a minimum estimated value of RON 321,600 excluding VAT. The contract is being run as an accelerated open procedure. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required. Bidders must be legally registered in their country of establishment and authorised to carry out the contract activities. They must submit a separate ESPD for each participating economic operator, including joint bidders, named subcontractors and relied-on third parties. The bidder must hold an ANMDMR operating authorisation or an equivalent licence for maintenance, repair and verification of medical devices, including radiological equipment. Foreign bidders must provide equivalent documents from the competent authority in their country, or other suitable evidence with an official Romanian translation if such documents are not issued. The service provider must also maintain a valid ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management certificate and a valid ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management certificate throughout the contract period.
