Framework agreement for IT personnel for programming

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for external IT developers to support the further development, administration, planning and operation of tax software. The contract is divided into 4 lots: Java Junior developer, Java Senior developer, C++/C# developer and Cobol developer.
