Actions to increase the hospital’s cybersecurity level – purchase and implementation of an email system, including necessary hardware, licences and services

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and implementation of an email system for a hospital’s cybersecurity upgrade, including the necessary hardware, licences and services. The contract also covers installation of the email system, installation of a NAS backup file server, service support and technical maintenance for 36 months, plus remote and on-site training for designated administrators. The offered equipment must be brand new, complete, unused, not from display, not refurbished, and free from legal and physical defects. It must comply with Polish and EU law, be authorised for sale and use in the EU, and meet the technical standards and parameters set by the contracting authority. The bidder must have completed at least one properly performed supply with implementation in the last three years before the deadline, worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, covering an email system together with mail protection and authentication systems. In a joint bid, this experience may be met by one bidder alone or by the bidders together. The bidder must declare this in the ESPD/JEDZ. Precise exclusion grounds and any additional compliance requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
