Current repair works for the building stock of Medical University – Pleven

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for current repair works for the building stock of Medical University – Pleven. The framework agreement will run for 36 months and is intended for up to 3 potential contractors, subject to there being a sufficient number of compliant bids. Individual call-offs will be awarded through an internal competitive selection process under the framework agreement. The contractor must be able to perform general building repair works, including masonry, plastering, painting, finishing works and water and sewerage works, in line with the technical specification. Prices offered in later mini-competitions may not exceed the prices submitted in the initial offer. The bidder must have qualified staff, including a technical manager, a quality control expert, and a construction health and safety expert. The bidder must hold EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 14001:2015 certificates for construction or an equivalent activity for the whole contract period.
