Supplies of medicines and medical devices - case reference: Z/47/PN/26

Summary

The tender concerns successive supplies of medicines and medical devices in the quantities and assortments listed in the price form and in accordance with the draft contract terms. The contract is divided into 44 tasks, including therapeutic programme medicines, chemotherapy medicines, antibiotics, infusion fluids, contrast agents, diagnostic dyes, ophthalmology medical devices, specialist dressings and a cardioplegia solution. The bidder must offer and price all listed items, and the goods must be authorised for sale and use in Poland or have a one-off permit from the Ministry of Health. For reimbursed items, prices may not exceed the reimbursement limits. Precise qualification and exclusion requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
