Summary

The tender concerns public transport services by city bus in the City of Elbląg and neighbouring municipalities under a joint public transport arrangement. The contract is divided into two lots, each covering an estimated 1,375,000 vehicle-kilometres per year and 13,750,000 vehicle-kilometres over the full contract period from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2037.
