Summary

The tender concerns monthly maintenance, servicing and repair of lifts, cargo platforms and stair platforms for people with disabilities in Varna municipality buildings, including spare parts supply, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers 32 lifts, including passenger, freight and kitchen lifts. Lot 2 covers 11 cargo platforms/lifts in nurseries and stair platforms for people with disabilities in social services and specialised institutions. The contractor must carry out monthly subscription-based servicing, maintenance and both routine and emergency repairs, perform site inspections after contract award, and supply spare parts at fixed prices or, for items outside the list, by approved pro forma invoice. The repair warranty is at least 12 months. Participation requires specific qualification evidence, including a valid technical supervision certificate for lift servicing and repair for Lot 1, at least one similar service in the last 3 years for each lot, and minimum staffing requirements: 4 technical staff for Lot 1 and 2 technical staff for Lot 2. Exclusion grounds include criminal convictions, tax and social security debts, labour law breaches, conflicts of interest, false statements, insolvency and cessation of activity.
