Ederhof / planning and turnkey construction by a total contractor on the basis of a functional specification

Summary

The tender concerns planning and construction services for the expansion of the Ederhof rehabilitation centre in Stronach, East Tyrol. A total contractor is to prepare the execution design and deliver the building on the basis of a functional specification and existing design details. The bidder must submit a participation application using the prescribed form. Free-form applications will not be accepted. The references must have started, been completed and been accepted within the last 10 years. Selection favours projects delivered on the basis of a functional specification, with services from design stage 5 onwards, with construction costs of at least EUR 15.0 million gross, and with comparable use such as rehabilitation, hotel, care home or hospital, or with timber-hybrid construction. The bidder must also confirm the absence of exclusion grounds, including corruption, fraud, money laundering, trafficking, terrorism, breaches of environmental, labour and social law, collusion, misconduct, misrepresentation, conflicts of interest, sanctions, unpaid taxes or social security contributions, and insolvency-related grounds.
