Negotiated procedure with participation competition (EU-wide) for awarding general contractor services for new residential construction on subareas A, B and C, Jagdhausstraße, Wildeberstraße and Großbeerenstraße in 14480 Potsdam (VOEK 659-25)

Summary

The tender concerns turnkey general contractor services for the construction of new residential buildings on plots A, B and C in Potsdam. The contractor must deliver the buildings, ancillary facilities and outdoor areas ready for occupancy and hand them over on time, within budget and to the required quality. The bidder must meet extensive participation requirements: a current commercial register extract or equivalent proof, professional liability insurance with at least EUR 3 million cover per claim for personal injury and EUR 3 million for other damage, average annual turnover of at least EUR 10 million for the last three completed financial years if the company has been on the market for more than three years, and an average workforce of more than 25 employees over the last three financial years. The bidder must name a general project manager, a deputy general project manager and a project staff member, each with the required degree and years of experience. Three company references are required: two turnkey construction references of at least EUR 8 million net in KG 200–500 and one timber construction reference of at least EUR 4 million net in KG 200–500. The references must be no older than 10 years and must include detailed project data. The bidder must also declare the absence of the listed exclusion grounds, including those under Sections 123 and 124 GWB, MiLoG, the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and EU sanctions rules.
