Other medicines (not included in categories 1 and 17) - XIII - joint procurement

Summary

The tender concerns other medicines that are not included in categories 1 and 17, under a joint procurement. The contract covers medicines on the Croatian Health Insurance Fund basic and supplementary lists under their non-proprietary name, and in some cases requires approval from the medicines committee and, for certain groups, approval for emergency import. If a registered medicine with a HALMED decision is already on the market in Croatia at the time of bid submission, the bidder may offer only that medicine.
