Baggage Reconsiliation System and Bag Message Service

Summary

The tender concerns an integrated IT solution for baggage handling and operational message exchange across Swedavia’s airports. The contract covers a Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS), a Message Broker Service, transition work, software and hardware, second- and third-line support, and service and maintenance during the contract period.
