Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements for medicines containing ticagrelor under an open-house model

Summary

The tender concerns non-exclusive discount agreements for medicines containing the active substance ticagrelor under an open-house model. Any interested pharmaceutical company may join during the participation period if it meets and accepts the participation requirements. There is no individual contract negotiation and no delivery exclusivity. The quantity to be purchased is unknown and minimum purchase volumes are not guaranteed. Participation documents must be downloaded from the DTVP project room after access has been requested and granted. The participation request can first be submitted by 4 June 2026; further deadlines are set out in the documents in the project room. The agreement ends no later than 30 September 2026.
