Provision of patient transport services for dialysis patients at the Dialysis Station for the County Hospital in Chrzanów (repeat) – case 49/2026

Summary

The tender concerns patient transport services for dialysis patients to and from the Dialysis Station of the County Hospital in Chrzanów. The contractor must provide group transport by its own vehicles according to the dialysis schedule approved by the contracting authority, with punctual service so that the dialysis unit can operate without disruption. The main participation requirements are: at least 2 properly performed patient transport services in the last 3 years, each worth at least PLN 150,000; access to specific vehicles, including minibuses for seated and wheelchair patients and one vehicle for patients lying down; and vehicles not older than 2015.
