The tender concerns the energetic internal renovation and restoration of the town hall. The works cover the basement, ground floor and first floor, with heating replacement also planned on the second floor. The project includes demolition, structural adjustments, interior finishes, interior restoration, heating with a geothermal heat pump and BEO field, sanitary works, ventilation, lift works and electrical installations. The works must be carried out in phases. Price is 70% and the work plan is 30% of the award criteria. E-invoicing is required and electronic submission is mandatory.
