Time-based contract for maintenance and servicing of boiler plants and a heat pump

Summary

This tender concerns the operation, maintenance and servicing of 76 gas-fired and 3 oil-fired boiler plants and one heat pump for central heating and hot water supply, including fuel oil delivery. The contract covers the heating stations and related plant components, but not the heating pipe network or radiators inside the rental units. Maintenance work is limited to EUR 2,500 gross per individual case; larger works will generally be procured separately. The bidder must submit the required bidder form and annexes, provide evidence of tax and social contribution compliance, proof of registration in the crafts register for installer and heating engineer activities, staff numbers for 2023–2025 and as of May 2026, and references for similar contracts from 2023–2025. Site visits must be arranged from 11 May 2026. Bids must be submitted in German.
