The bidder must be registered in the relevant professional register, have at least EUR 1,275,000 turnover in the relevant field over the last three completed financial years, hold valid professional liability insurance for construction with a minimum insured amount of EUR 204,516.75, and provide a team with the required technical and professional competence.
