Summary

The tender concerns a public service concession for the design, financing, construction, marketing and operation of a future district heating and cooling network in the Gallargues and Aigues-Vives area, including the Cap Gallargues and Pôle actif development zones and the Claude Chappe secondary school. The concessionaire would be responsible for designing, financing and building the heat and cold production facilities, the network and the connections, as well as marketing, operating and commercially managing the network.
