Other medicines (not included in categories 1 and 17) – XV joint procurement

Summary

The tender concerns other medicines that are not included in categories 1 and 17. These are medicines outside the Croatian Health Insurance Fund basic and supplementary lists, for which approval from the Medicines Committee is required, and for some groups also approval for emergency import under Article 129 of the Medicines Act. The procurement is divided into many lots and is a supplies procedure. The notice also indicates framework-agreement performance conditions, including obligations if the supplier cannot deliver due to shortages.
