Summary

The tender concerns an electronic parking permit management system for the City of Turku, delivered as a software service with related services. The system must cover resident parking permits, business parking permits, home care parking permits, shared car parking permits, city special permits and other individual exception permits. The bidder must also provide a customer portal for purchasing or applying for permits and a back-office system for manual permit management, tracking and reporting. Price is the only award criterion. E-invoicing and an electronic ordering process are required.
