Multihalle expansion for use – concrete and reinforced concrete works

Summary

The tender concerns concrete and reinforced-concrete works for the Multihalle project. The works include concrete repair with coating works on about 548 m² of weather-exposed exterior wall surfaces, about 170 m² of earth-retaining wall surfaces, and an increase of concrete cover with sprayed mortar on about 170 m². The scope also includes strengthening one support point of a roof beam and demolition and reinstatement of a trough structure, including about 3 m³ of in-situ concrete and about 9 m² of waterproofing.\n\nThe bidder must provide the required qualification documents, evidence of comparable references from the last five calendar years, proof of specialist training and staff qualifications, proof of available workforce, and financial and registration documents. Some documents are only to be submitted upon the contracting authority’s separate request. If the requested documents are not submitted on time, the bid will be excluded.
