Summary

The tender concerns electrical installation works for the comprehensive renovation and extension of the Wolffskeelhalle in Reichenberg, including low-voltage distribution systems, metering and energy management, KNX building bus system, passive data cabling, audio and event technology, intercom system, general electrical installation, cable and line systems, general and emergency lighting, fire alarm system to DIN 14675 / VDE 0833, technical fire protection measures and a PV system below 30 kWp. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must provide registration and reliability declarations, confirm that it is not subject to EU sanctions against Russia, and submit the required proof within 6 calendar days if requested. If the contract value exceeds EUR 30,000, the contracting authority will request a competition register extract for the bidder to be awarded the contract. The bidder must also show financial capacity through turnover for the last 3 completed financial years, confirm no insolvency or liquidation issues, and provide tax, social security and trade association evidence if requested. In addition, the bidder must prove comparable experience from the last up to 5 calendar years, at least 3 references, and the availability of the necessary workforce. Missing documents may be requested later.
