Adaptation of the building on Kaszubska Street for the educational needs of children with disabilities

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction, extension and modernisation of a school building for use as a special school, including necessary connections and installations, parking areas, a fire access road, site development and full equipment. The works include roof replacement, a new internal layout, mechanical ventilation, a new water connection, sanitary and stormwater drainage, photovoltaic power supply, outdoor works, a playground, a multi-purpose polyurethane sports field, fencing and parking spaces. A bidder must show experience from the last 7 years: at least two construction works involving the construction or reconstruction of a thermomodernised building equipped with a smoke extraction system and supply-and-exhaust mechanical ventilation, each with a volume of at least 2,300 m3; and one construction work involving the construction, extension or reconstruction of a smoke extraction system in a building with a volume above 10,000 m3. If the bidder relies on joint experience, only the tasks directly performed by the bidder may be counted. The bidder must have or engage a construction manager, general works manager, sanitary works manager, electrical works manager, telecommunications works manager, road works manager and settlement/accounting specialist. Each role requires the relevant construction or professional authorisation, and the accounting specialist must also have experience in measuring, valuing and settling construction works. One person may not combine these roles. The bid must include the European Single Procurement Document and other required evidence.
