Summary

The tender concerns construction works for media installation as part of the renovation and extension of Oberschule Schmiedeberg. The works include demolition and removal of existing surfaces and utility lines, earthworks for trenches and excavations, drainage systems, drinking water lines including a house connection shaft, kitchen wastewater systems, testing, documentation and commissioning. The detailed scope is set out in the bill of quantities and tender documents. The bidder must also take account of qualification, exclusion and compliance requirements, as well as a performance guarantee if the contract value reaches at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT.
