Summary

The tender concerns a single-award framework agreement for strategic and technical consulting and support services covering web analytics, tag management, AMOA performance tools and personalisation. The contract also includes hosting, the right to use the solution (licence), support, maintenance, version upgrades and fixes. Participation is by request to participate first, with a later tender phase for shortlisted candidates. The bidder must provide turnover information for the last 3 years, relevant references, professional capacity details, a completed company information form, a recent K-bis extract or equivalent, and declarations on EU sanctions and import bans. If more than 8 candidates apply, selection is based on technical, financial and reference capacity.
