Innovation partnership – development, testing and implementation of Care:ecoHUB

Summary

The tender concerns an innovation partnership for the conception, development, testing, implementation and prospective operation of the Care:ecoHUB as a scalable, modular, real-time digital data and service platform for care, quality assurance and research. The project is split into a research and development phase, including a minimum viable product, and a performance phase covering productive implementation, rollout, initial operation and further development. The bidder must be prepared to provide a digital platform with interoperable interfaces, role-based access, dashboards, analysis and benchmarking functions, compatibility with current systems at go-live, and further development in line with the state of the art.
