Cleaning and maintenance services - routine cleaning

Summary

The tender concerns routine, basic and special cleaning services, as well as daytime cleaning services, for areas managed by BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH at the Tegel arrival centre / Tegel Airport in Berlin. The routine cleaning area is about 6,300 m², and two daytime cleaning staff are needed for additional areas in Terminal C and the surrounding outdoor areas. The bidder must submit a cleaning concept with the offer and meet the financial, staffing, environmental, insurance and reference requirements set out in the tender documents.
