Summary

The tender concerns works for a wooden facade. The main works include a verifiable facade structural calculation, about 350 m² of larch wood cladding on a timber substructure with mineral wool insulation, around 20 facade openings and penetrations, about 10 m² of ventilated fibre-cement curtain wall, and about 65 linear metres of coated aluminium external window sills. The bidder must also take account of e-invoicing being required and of the qualification, exclusion and compliance requirements set out in the tender documents.
