Supply of sound processors for a cochlear implant system

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of sound processors for the treatment of profound hearing loss. The bidder must submit the required offer form, price form, technical parameters form, a declaration on the absence of Ukraine-related sanctions grounds, the required product evidence, any joint-bidder authorisation or cooperation agreement, proof of authority to sign, and, where applicable, a statement on the division of tasks among joint bidders. The procedure uses reverse evaluation: bids are assessed first, and only then are the exclusion grounds and qualification of the highest-ranked bidder checked.
