Financial software - central software for budget, cash and accounting

Summary

The tender concerns a new, modern, multi-tenant financial and accounting software solution that will replace the current Finanz+ system. The software must cover budget planning and execution, annual accounts, cash management, electronic invoice workflow, fixed asset accounting, liquidity planning and analysis, financial and debt statistics, and controlling and reporting. Data must also be migrated from the old system so that depreciation, deferred income, prepaid expenses, write-offs, payment deferrals and provisions can be posted correctly in subsequent years. The aim is to start the 2028 financial year with the new HKR software.
