Wilhelm-Raabe-Schule, attic storey conversion and expansion

Summary

The tender concerns the further conversion and expansion of the attic storey of Wilhelm-Raabe-Schule and the conversion of the already completed part. In addition, some toilet facilities and the assembly hall will be renovated. The main scope covers heating installation works: equipping around ten classrooms, the assembly hall and some ancillary rooms with new or partly new heating systems. The work also includes laying underfloor heating pipes, connecting the heating circuits with welded steel pipework, and adapting the existing manifold and hydraulic separator. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required.
