Creation of a cybersecurity competence centre for support services

Summary

The tender concerns the creation of a cybersecurity competence centre for La Poste. The contractor will provide resources for penetration testing, regulatory security assessments, technical security expertise, cybersecurity programme support, and cloud security consulting and development. The contract is not divided into lots, the service will be performed in mainland France, and the data processing location must be within the EU, EEA, or another country recognised as adequate by the EU. The estimated value is EUR 6,000,000 excluding VAT, and the framework agreement maximum is EUR 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The offer must remain valid for one year.
