Summary

The tender concerns the supply of IT and medical digitalisation solutions for the Multispecialist Hospital in Inowrocław. It is divided into 9 lots, including storage arrays, UPS units, servers, Microsoft Windows Server software and licences, computer sets with installation and ESET upgrade, a PACS system with installation and integration, a P-LIS HIS/LIS system with integration, a biometric signature system, and ITAM/ITSM software. The contract must be completed by 15 July 2026 at the latest. For lot 6, the contracting authority may require a demonstration of all or selected PACS functionalities within 14 days after the bid is submitted; failure to attend or to demonstrate any required functionality will lead to rejection of the bid. The bidder must meet the turnover/experience thresholds for the relevant lot, provide references or other proof of proper performance, and submit the required criminal record, tax, social security, company registration and liability insurance documents.
