Summary

The tender concerns concrete works and excavation support in Berlin. The scope includes about 1,000 m³ of earthworks, about 200 m³ of blinding layers and base slabs, 100 m³ of in-situ concrete walls and slabs, about 75 m² of precast concrete slabs, about 175 m² of building waterproofing, about 130 m² of OS11 surface protection system, and disposal of about 1,000 tonnes of excavated material. The bidder must take into account requirements for comparable references, construction management qualifications, and a welding/processing certificate for joint systems.
