Lot 1 covers repair and improvement of the railway infrastructure on line no. 714 between km 0.000 and 4.273 in selected locations, including related works and a change of contact line type from C120-2C to YC120-2C. Lot 2 covers improvement of the operating parameters of the contact line on line no. 139 on the Czechowice Dziedzice – Bielsko-Biała section, including a full replacement of supporting structures, catenary wires and the contact wire.
